Refund policy

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging
• The item must be in the same condition that you received it
• Proof of purchase is required

🚚 Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened or used body oils or skincare products
• Sale or discounted items
• Gift cards (if applicable)

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
• It may take 5–10 business days for the amount to appear in your account

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

• Check your bank account again
• Contact your payment provider (it may take time to process)
• Then contact us at support
