Refund policy
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it
- Proof of purchase is required
🚚 Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used body oils or skincare products
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards (if applicable)
💰 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
- It may take 5–10 business days for the amount to appear in your account
🔄 Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your payment provider (it may take time to process)
