Eligible Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Item is , unused, and in its original packaging

Return is requested within 14 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items (for Hygiene & Safety)

To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and quality, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on jewelry items that have been worn, damaged, or altered. All returned jewelry must be in its original, unworn condition with packaging intact.
