At La Luna Haven, your satisfaction matters to us. While many of our items are intimate or personal in nature, we strive to offer a fair and respectful return experience.



Eligible Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Item is , unused, and in its original packaging

Return is requested within 14 days of delivery

Item is not an intimate, worn, or personal-use product (see exclusions below)


Non-Returnable Items (for hygiene & safety)

Due to the intimate nature of many of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following:

Sleepwear that has been worn or washed

Worn lingerie or underwear

Sex toys (even if unused)

Refunds

Once your eligible return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email and, if approved:

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement

Refunds are processed to your original payment method

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
